To create an event, log in to your Organizer Dashboard and click "Create Event". You'll need to provide basic details like the event name, date, time, and location. Once created, you can customize the event homepage, add ticket tiers, and publish it to the world.

Navigate to the "Products" section of your event dashboard to create Free, Paid, or Donation-based tickets. You can set capacities, early-bird pricing, and sales windows. View all transactions in the "Orders" tab.

Set up Sponsor Packages to sell booths and branding opportunities. Once a sponsor purchases a package, they get access to the Sponsor Portal where they can manage their representatives and capture leads.

Browse the event homepage and select your desired tickets. Complete the checkout process securely. Your tickets will be instantly emailed to you and available in the EventsMaarg Mobile App.

Download the EventsMaarg mobile app for iOS or Android. Log in with your email to access your ticket QR codes, view the event agenda, participate in live polls, and network with other attendees via real-time chat.

Log in to the Staff Portal or the Staff Mobile App. Select the specific "Check-in List" assigned to you. Use your device's camera to scan attendee QR codes for fast, secure entry.

If the organizer has configured badge templates, you can automatically print badges upon successful check-in via the connected print server.

Sponsor representatives can use the mobile app to scan attendee badges at their booth. Scanned leads are instantly synced to the Sponsor Portal where you can add notes, qualify leads, and export them to your CRM.
