2. Services

EventsMaarg provides event management, ticketing, check-in, sponsor management, networking, and analytics tools for organizers, attendees, staff, sponsors, and partners.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Payments

Certain features require payment. Fees are described at checkout and may include platform fees and payment processing fees. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are solely responsible for the events they create, the content they publish, and compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and consumer protection laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Interfering with platform security or performance.
  • Harassing other users or uploading malicious content.
  • Reselling or scraping platform data without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

EventsMaarg and its branding, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

EventsMaarg is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
