EventsMaarg provides event management, ticketing, registration, check-in, and related services for event organizers, attendees, sponsors, and ground staff.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

If you create events or sell tickets through the Service, you are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of event information, pricing, and availability
  • Compliance with applicable laws, including tax and data protection laws
  • Honoring tickets, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with your stated policies
  • Obtaining necessary rights and permissions for event content

5. Payments and Fees

EventsMaarg may charge platform fees for ticket sales and payment processing. All fees are disclosed before you complete a transaction. Payouts are subject to verification and may be delayed for security or compliance reasons.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
